Do you offer exchanges or returns?

We always want our customers to be happy with their order.  If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at hello@crowncandleco.com within 7 days of your original purchase date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

What are your candles made of?

All of our candles are made with coconut wax, cotton wicks and high quality phthalate free fragrance oils.

Why coconut wax?

Coconut Wax is made from cold-pressed coconut meat, just like Coconut oil. Coconut Wax is a creamy white color and burns even longer and cleaner than Soy Wax. It also is argued to be more "natural" than Soy because it's organic and more eco-friendly to harvest. It burns cooler so it lasts longer.

How fragrant are your candles?

Since we use natural coconut wax, our candles will not have the same scent throw as paraffin candles or others containing  additives. You will be able to achieve a nice scent in an medium room or use two candles for a larger room.

How long do your candles burn for?

We recommend our candles be burned no more than 4 hours at a time.  Our 9 oz. candles have a burn time of up to 80 hours and our 4 oz. candles have a burn time of up to 30 hours.

What shipping methods do you use?

We use USPS Priority Mail.

How long does shipping take?

Since our candles are handmade and poured in small batches, we ask that you allow 7-10 days for processing and shipping.
